The hotel was located near pedestrian street near the center of town, the mainly walking quarters of the old part of the city close to the beaches and the main square. We had the king room which was adequate with attention to details. The location was great for walking around Plaza Charco.

The location was marvellous and fantastic, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Plaza Charco. This was exactly the double room I wanted in Puerto de la Cruz. I had a warm welcome, lovely staff.

The hotel was ideally situated. There were restaurants and bars literally on your doorstep. The beach in one direction and the lido in the other are within an easy 10/15 minute stroll.

The location was marvellous and incredible, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Iglesia de San Francisco.

That was pleasant and nice little hotel set in local area, close to the main square as well as Also close to the harbour. All the employees were great and kind and smiled at me. The vibe here was quiet! Could use their free parking. The location was great, relatively close to Playa del Muelle Fishing Pier. Thanks, I loved my really nice stay and will be returning here soon.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the heart of the action. It was close to everything, including the beach and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and at ease. The room was clean and comfortable, with good wifi. Plus, the rooftop terrace had stunning views of the sea and the town.
The room I stayed in didn't have the freshest air and there was no window in the bathroom. Next time, I would definitely ask for a room on a higher floor with a private balcony.
